I figured out the connection. First you need to ignore practicality, time commitment and functionality if what I am about to say. Instead of using the funnel to pour hot grease into a jar you let the hot grease cool to room temp and it becomes a solid then you use the suggested grater to grade the now solid grease into small pieces and then you can use one of those flexable choping cutting boards (as a funnel, hehe) to place the graded solid grease into the jar for waste or for use later. Personally I would go to a competitor who has a funnel in stock
