I am not giving out my home phone number nor my address on the web. Persons wishing to phone me should contact me by email instead, as per the requests below.
Please remember that I'm only one person, not a fully-staffed support center. For that reason, I ask that you do the following:
Be specific with your subject. If you leave it blank or just say "your site" or something like that, there's not only the danger that I won't know what you're talking about (since I run several sites), but the email might trigger my spam filter and I will never see it. I ask that you choose from the following subjects:
- Comments on One-Click Charity Check
- Questions about One-Click Charity Chec.k
- Site suggestion for One-Click Charity Check - please make sure the site isn't on the list and that it is a one-click, free donation site (i.e. it conforms to the type of sites I review) first!
- Please re-review my one-click charity - this is only for sites that have been reviewed and have made subsequent changes. You MUST be a representative or employee of the reviewed site. All "fan" requests for re-reviews will be ignored.
- Misuse of One-Click Charity Check - This is in case you see my graphic, logo, etc. being improperly or fraudulently used.
- Broken link on One-Click Charity Check page - Please specify which link on which page.
- Typo on One-Click Charity Check page - Please specify the typo, which page it is on, and where it is on the page.
- Technical problem with One-Click Charity Check.
Clicking on any of the above subjects will open a mail message with that subject already in place for most current email programs. If the subject appears attached to the email address, please use the link below instead, and type in the subject manually:

Before asking a question, please check the list of frequently asked questions. If you email me with a question that is answered there, your email will be ignored.
Before suggesting a site, please check the full list of reviewed sites to make sure I don't already have it listed. Any mail informing me of a site I already have listed will be ignored.
Before telling me about a technical problem, please do all that you can to ensure the problem is not on your end.
Please do not use any of these addresses to contact me for a personal matter, as they will be filtered into a separate directory. If you want to email me for subjects other than those involving One-Click Charity Check, please do so at kimberly@kimberlychapman.com.
Be patient! I may not be able to act on your email right away if I am swamped, out of town, etc. I will get to it eventually. Due to the volume of email received, particularly site suggestions, I can no longer respond to all email.
Please note that I only respond to polite email. Abuse, flames, trolls, and other rude email will be ignored. If you disagree with something I've done, fine, but say so politely or I will ignore you.
Please do not email asking me how to start a non-profit enterprise, how to write a grant proposal, how to get funding, how to raise money for your church, etc. Do not ask me to write your grant proposals for you or perform any kind of consulting work. I am completely unqualified to perform such tasks or answer such questions. Instead, please seek this information from the sites listed under Resources for One-Click Charities on the links page. Henceforth, email of this nature will be ignored entirely.
